I eat breakfast at 5:45 every day and am hungry by 9:30 am or 10:00 am EVERY DAY and need something to get me through to my 11:00 am lunchtime. I had my usual breakfast this morning but took a cup of instant beef bone broth to sip on the way to work. I remember thinking, wow, it's 10:30 and I'm not even hungry! I ended up not getting my lunch break until 12:10 pm today. Still wasn't ravenous! Ate my lunch and wasn't hungry when I clocked out at 6:00 pm. Day 1 and I am already impressed! Best of all, the beef bone broth tastes great! I think it may just replace my morning cup of coffee.

I bought the beef and chicken bone broth packets - totally convenient! When mixed with 8oz of hot water, these have actual flavor. Might even say the flavors are complex. The bone broth I've bought in liquid form always disappoint in that they are not much more than bland.

This stuff is. . . . . soooo good! Bone broth does not have to taste like bog water from the Mississippi River and Bare Bones proves that! The flavors are seasoned perfectly and are very satisfying. These are excellent for breaking a fast. The convenience is paramount. I can't tell you how many times I've opened liquid bone broth, only for it to get pushed behind something in the fridge and be tossed out the next week. You'll never have that problem with these blissful little packets. GREAT JOB BARE BONES!!!

I have been doing low carb/ keto for about a year. This is my first time trying bone broth. I bought it not really knowing what to expect and. . . . . . . . . I LOVE IT!! Not only is it super easy it also taste AMAZING! I have used 5 packets this week for my lunch and lost a total of 7 lbs already. I will for sure buy more.

Love carrying these little packets of YUM when I travel or just enjoy at home. Just add hot water and you are ready to go. Can't wait for the chicken broth in these handy little packets. I found the instant packets fat an upscale grocery store near me. I bought a box each of chicken and beef flavor for my mother who has been having some digestive issues. She especially loved the beef broth and now it is her go-to breakfast drink. Out of curiosity, I decided to make myself a cup. Now I'm hooked, too, though I like to have mine before bed. I actually think it's contributing to better sleep! I just ordered several other flavors (that weren't available at the store) and am looking forward to seeing what they are like. I would recommend drinking this if you want to fight demons in the bathroom all day and night. I wanted to try this so I made a cup before work and had about 4 sips before dumping it because it was already making me nauseous. I spent the whole day running to the restroom to release the runs. A very unenjoyable experience. Never again.

This is one of the best tasting, healthy, convenient products I've ever had. I keep a couple of packets in my purse when I travel for work. . . Just in case I get hungry ; ) I add a splash of red curry with a bit of collard greens or peas for a meal. I drink it before bedtime. I drink it first thing in the morning too. I've had chronic Lyme for about 13 years and this helps my energy, my body, and my endurance. Thank you for your innovative minds! I will share this with others too.

I initially purchased for the ease and convienence. For using on camping trips, and outdoor activities in the great outdoors. And this excelled in that aspect. Very easy for transport, minimal weight, easy packing, perfect for backpacking too. Flavor of both the chicken and beef was good but mild. I felt the flavor was lacking seasoning. But i am used to store bought broths which can be very salty. But i liked it enough to keep it and use it. Probably better for me as well. Thank you for a good product. I will continue to be a customer.

I am SO here for this! Between the Ramen and Mushroom, you cannot go wrong. Take my money! I love that not only can I enjoy this as a meal replacement or on the go snack, but that I can enjoy it knowing I am doing myself a favor with the health benefits it provides.
