I purchased these for my liquid diet for bariatric surgery. So far it has been a life saver. Easy to go down. I actually pour into other soup to add more protein to the soup. I also just drink as a broth. I add some extra collagen peptides, garlic, and pepper and it's yummy. I'll definitely buy both the beef and chicken bone broth again.

Just thought I would comment on the Bone Broth; I add a tiny bit of sea salt to the broth and it helps with the bland taste. I drink it for bone strength. I don't have much experience with it's effectiveness as of yet; I will keep you posted as time goes by. It has only been 4 weeks using this product.

I have been hooked since the first time tasting bare bones bone broth! I also love the instant bone broth I. An use as a high protein low calorie snack at work In a pinch. I also brought these to the hospital to recover after having my baby! Great product

I started using Bare Bones instant bone broth after getting stomach flu and needing to re-nourish my gut. Let me tell you this is the best out there. I have been drinking this bone broth for a month and have felt the many health benefits of it. I sip on it at night before bed. I am sleeping better and my gut health overall has improved. I also have a hard time reaching my daily protein goals and this helps. This will continue to be a part of my nightly ritual and I am so glad I found it.

This stuff is. . . . . soooo good! Bone broth does not have to taste like bog water from the Mississippi River and Bare Bones proves that! The flavors are seasoned perfectly and are very satisfying. These are excellent for breaking a fast. The convenience is paramount. I can't tell you how many times I've opened liquid bone broth, only for it to get pushed behind something in the fridge and be tossed out the next week. This is one of the best tasting, healthy, convenient products I've ever had. I keep a couple of packets in my purse when I travel for work. . . Just in case I get hungry ; ) I add a splash of red curry with a bit of collard greens or peas for a meal. I drink it before bedtime. I drink it first thing in the morning too. I've had chronic Lyme for about 13 years and this helps my energy, my body, and my endurance. Thank you for your innovative minds! I will share this with others too.

I love the bone broth, drink a packet every day to break my fast. I do Keto and Omad (one meal a day) I've tried other bone broth company's but packet more compact. I just put water in the kuerig and the packet in the cup, stir and that's it. I have to have it everyday!

Bare Bones product is by far the most concentrated and flavorful of the bone broths on the market today. I only need a quarter of one package to experience the richness that this broth has to offer. Practically speaking, two pouches cover my needs for the entire week. Bravo, Bare Bones!--you have a winning formula!!

Highly disappointed. I had high hopes for your product would be tasteful, unfortunately it's awful. There's a tasteful aluminum in it, at fist I thought it was just the ramen, but after tasting the other flavors, they all had the aluminum taste, and the smell...they all had that "dirty glass egg smell"

I absolutely love the lemon ginger flavor. I started having this instead of a traditional breakfast. . . It cuts the carbs and satisfies my hunger. The only thing I desperately need that I didn't find is the lemon ginger flavor in a low sodium version. I've recently been told I have high BP, and I really want to keep this bone broth in my daily meals. . . but I need the Lemon Ginger flavor. Can Bare Bones help me out? :slightly_smiling:
