I would recommend drinking this if you want to fight demons in the bathroom all day and night. I wanted to try this so I made a cup before work and had about 4 sips before dumping it because it was already making me nauseous. I spent the whole day running to the restroom to release the runs. A very unenjoyable experience. Never again.

Truth be told, this purchase and subscription was not for my consumption, it was for my elder dogs. Sadly, they age rapidly, and if you observe closely enough, display age related degeneration of bone and body mass. I researched the benefits of bone broth and found that it can assist with degenerative disease. My 100 pound, not obese, bloodhound is 14 years old and I have have tried canine supplements to lessen his advancing loss of bone and muscle mass in his rear quarters. Without great success. His rear legs would splay out under him, at times, having to use a strap lift to assist him. I bought a package from a grocery store, of these individual packet, adding one to his diet daily, for one month. I observed that his stiffness was resolving, and a bit of his bounce had returned, including his gait increased from a slow stroll to full on walking without obvious discomfort. A winner for him. I also am the pet parent of 2 small breed dogs, both are 10 years old. one of which, a Shih Tzu, has a genetic knee issue, so during the trial with my large dog, I added, what I refer to as “joint juice”, dose to her diet and use it prophylactically for the Havanese, who apparently has no joint issues. So you see, I am very pleased to give my support to this product from a different perspective.

I put this stuff in everything: brown rice, black beans, curries, stir fry—you name it. If it's savory, it's better with some bone broth. I also drink it plain throughout my nonstop work days and it keeps me from being hangry. It's how I lost my holiday weight in the first two weeks of January this year. Shall I go on? My only complaint, which is really just a personal preference, is there is too much lemongrass in the Thai flavor for me to drink it plain. It smells like Murphy's oil soap and brings back memories of washing hardwood floors with my mom during summer vacation. I vote for a soy/sesame oil/chili-garlic/rice vinegar flavor. That is all.

I saw this advertised on a vlog and decided to try it out. I engage in Keto & intermittent fasting and I heard that this was a great way to not only break a fast but gives you a lot of protein! It smells wonderful but it's bland in taste. You can still drink it easily but I use just a smidge of pink Himalayan salt to fully enjoy it! If you're hungry, it will hold you over for about an hour until you can get to your next healthy meal. I just purchased 2 more (beef/chicken) pouches and love the portability of having something that I can use on the go.

Some dried beef broth tastes like rehydrated ramen. This is rich and luscious on the tongue. Great for sipping, even better as addition to boosting nutrients in stock for pot roast, vegetable soup, rice, even a bit sprinkled on my finicky Yorkie's food (he's an expensive dog!)

I was a little nervous that I wasn’t going to like these. But these are a total game changer and taste delicious or should I say B-licious! They are quick and convenient and I like that adding to boiled water allows me to enjoy it at a hot temp. It perfect for breaking my fast. Definitely will be purchasing more.

I purchased the beef and chicken instant bone broth for the first time. I drank them both for about three days, and then started a bone broth fast for 3 days. The nutrition that it provided while fasting was not only sufficient, but my skin was absolutely GLOWING by the 2nd day. I have no doubt, that the fast sealed up my gut, which was leaky. That's amazing! My husband has joined me in drinking it daily. It tastes great, and we both agree that it helps us sleep so much better! That's just one benefit! I enjoy drinking bone broth as an alternative to other warm drinks. I alternate with herbal teas and coffee which i ususally restrict to breakfast and after dinner. i like all of the flavors and often will select a cup of broth as a a mid morning or afternoon break beverage. I have sampled and enjoy all of the flavors. my previous hot drink go-to's were Peppermint Tea and black coffee. Bone broth has offered some delicious options and added variety to my diet.

I work nights and this mix is very convenient for people that is always busy and have little to no time to cook at home, maybe you need to add more flavors, especially spicy flavors, at first I hesitated when I opened the packet, it seem so artificial, but once I gave my first sip, I approved and like the taste of the broth flavor. . . . just a couple suggestions, maybe add some dehydrated veggies and increase the packet content for a least 13-16 ounces. . . . is very tasty but when I tried and added more water to the mix, the flavor diluted and lost almost all of the flavor. . . .
