Hi Jean, we're disappointed to hear our chicken bone broth fell short of your taste expectations. As a real-food product made with premium ingredients, the flavor profile can differ from powdered broths or bouillon cubes. We craft our broths to deliver the authentic taste of slowly simmered bones and vegetables. However, we understand these robust flavors may not suit everyone's preferences. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Happiness team at hello@barebonesbroth.com if you'd like to explore a refund or exchange per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Your feedback helps us continue improving our products. Warm regards, The Bare Bones Broth Team
