Hi Jenna, oh no! We certainly wish we could make our bone broth more inexpensive! It's been a rough couple years on supply chains. FWIW, our Instant Bone Broth is one of the more affordable options available at $1.56 per cup (as an example, Pacific brand bone broth is $1.74-$2.00 per cup).

The natural flavors are derived from natural sources like plants (fruits, herbs, veggies, barks, roots, etc). Most poeple strongly prefer natural flavors over synthetic flavorings.
