Poor quality control, one of the handles for the carry case was sewn in the wrong place which renders it very difficult to carry because the handles don't meet.

I'm a big guy at 5'10" 286 lbs. This chair handles me just fine with no buckling. I highly recommend if you're a little extra fluffy and need an outdoor chair.

This is definitely a comfy chair, especially for the way i like to sit. But it isnt as comfy as all the reviews made it seem to be, so im not 100 on these. They are easy to put away and come in a nice zippered case.
