I have been buying these cups for years and they were great. The last 3 times I have purchased them, the lids keep cracking, resulting in coffee spilling on me when I am driving and go to take a sip. Sometimes the lids are already cracked before I put them on the cup, other times the lid cracks when I push it onto the cup. Please fix this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off with the good. These cups are so cute. I love the sayings and the color designs. It might not seem like non-sense, but it brightens my day. The cups are also a nice size. They hold just the right amount of coffee, and it fits perfectly in a standard cup holder. Also the lid fits very well. Its easy to secure and very safe. As someone whose been severely burnt by hot coffee due to the lid coming off, I understand the importance of this small safety measure. Unfortunately with all the good, there are flaws with this product. The first being the insulation. This product needs to be accompanied by a sleeve. Due to the poor insulation, the cup gets very hot, and it can be uncomfortable to hold. Also, the poor insulation leads to the heat escaping quickly. This will keep your drink hot for 45min-1hr, but after that, it quickly approaches room temperature All in all, I like the cup, but its limited in its functionality. I understand that you can only expect so much from a disposable hot cup, but I need a little more than aesthetics and disposability..

This last bag of cups I got at Sams Club (so there are a lot), every single cup leaks. By the time I get to work the bottom has bubbled out and the cup is leaking all over the place. Every single one of them! I have had to start doubling up the cups to keep them from leaking everywhere. Also, while I'm at it... not sure if my coffee pot is just making my coffee hotter than most but I take three 20oz cups of coffee to work with me so, I have to hold on to one of them and drink it on the way... that sucker is hot! I have to switch from my left hand to my right hand until it cools down. Like I said I usually love these cups because I like to be able to throw them away when I am done with them. Rather than constantly wash out a ceramic cup, these are super. We sometimes have visitors to the office and these are perfect. The lid is an excellent touch and helps keep the coffee hot - and often the troubleshooters are called out to a machine in the middle of a coffee break. I've had nothing but positive feedback from the guys! Kudos to Dixie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the perfect to go cups. Fits nicely in single cup coffee makers. The insulated cup keeps beverages hot while not burning your hands. Lightly textured to prevent cup from slipping out of your hands, even when wearing gloves.

We are moving and have been using the paper coffee cups during the transition, for about 2 weeks. I bought 2 packs of cups (1 in TN, 1 in TX) and they both leaked. It was fine for the first cup in the am, but I drink hot tea throughout the day. These cups do not hold up and by the time I'm on the 2nd cup, it starts leaking. I have to get a new cup for each drink. The leak is consistently at the bottom seam. It looks like the glue holding the bottom melts. This happened for both packs bought, making these cups an expensive waste of money.

The lid also fits well so there is no chance of it popping off. The only thing I didn't like was that once you put your drink in the cup it feels a little flimsy but the cup didn't degrade any further. I would purchase this product again.

They have a nice non-slick feel to them that does not get hot to touch. The lids are secure and don't leak or spill out the top. The cute designs and sayings are fun! I'm looking forward to using them with hot chocolate during firepit evenings this fall!!
