I don't know how the quality of these cups has gotten so bad. I have been buying these cups for years. After several instances of cracked lids and leaky seams I am through wasting money. Just this morning one leaked all over wood dining table. Not cool Dixie!

My family and I have enjoyed using Dixie To Go cups for several years, with no problem. Unfortunately the cups from the most recent package I bought with the new design leaks around the bottom. I hope it's just a bad batch because we like these cups!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just discovered Dixie to go. I've lost or left behind so many travel mugs, I've given up. Now I don't have to feel bad about that. I've switched to Dixie 12 ounce, insulated, paper cups. Besides keeping my tea hot, it's nice to hold. I don't need an extra paper sleeve, and it doesn't slip out of my hand. There are 14 cups in the package, and they have assorted designs. (We won't be getting our drinks mixed up.) I haven't had any leaks, and they fit in my cupholder well. They are very sturdy; I have reused them for multiple refill and they do not show any signs of being soggy.

I tried to read through the other reviews to see if anyone else had the same problem. I just purchased a package of the on the go cups and EVERY SINGLE CUP smells of a floral detergent smell. I had my coffee in the cup this morning and thought it tasted a little off and kept smelling the floral scent finally when I got home from work my husband asked my the cups all smelled of soap, what's up with this dixie?! So disappointed!!

We have been using Dixie cups to go for years. Recently Dixie changed the lids to be a one size fits all. They crack every morning, it is so frustrating. They don't crack when putting it on, they crack some time during the drive and when you go to take a sip you spill coffee on your work clothes.

In recent months the quality has deterioted, I have stains o. My clothes and carpets from the Lids leaking. This was never the case in the past!!! I've been using these cups daily for the last 10 years or more and will stop purchasing and look for alternative choices.

Bought these for the office and they leaked everywhere. The bottom seal is not good on these cups. Had to double cup them just to use them. I would have returned them but lost my receipt. They do keep the coffee hot and I really liked the slider device on the lid what keeps the heat in, but there is no point when they leak all over your desk, and most people are using these in a office/work type setting.

I have been purchasing this product for a while and purchase the very large box with 176 cups. Every cup I have used out of this batch, which I purchased August 2, has leaked from the bottom. Highly disappointing. Hoping it was just an issue with this batch.

Something is going on. Been buying these cups for several years because they don't burn your hands like all the rest. The insulation on the to go cups has been thinned and the heat burns the fingers now. This has just started. Not a good decision at production cost cutting Dixie.

I have found on occasion that both pre-usage unused and also outta the bag during use … that the grey lids have/develop a little crack just slightly from the bottom…up…. therefore leaking your beverage when you sip/drink. Cracks are usually located ro based just below the sip-hole. I haven't had this problem with other brands.
