I take my coffee to work every morning and always use to-go coffee cups and lids. However, I recently purchased the Dixie coffee cups and lids and EVERY single lid has cracked. 90% of the time, the lids crack around the opening which makes them completely useless. I am unsure if I just purchased a bad batch of lids but I hesitate to try them again. I have had no problems with the cups, just the lids. See attached photo.

I don't like the polystyrene foam cups. when I push the lid on, the cup collapses and coffee spirts out of the sip hole on top. This is the white cup with the geometrical diamond patterned. I have look on the dixie website and no way to contact them just to let them know so be careful with these cups.

I bought another pack of the coffee to go cups bc that's all I drink my coffee out of on the way to work and this pack I put the lid on and everything is great, by the 3rd or 4th sip the lid cracks and there goes by clean scrubs for the day. Coffee all over me!!

Bought these for the office and they leaked everywhere. The bottom seal is not good on these cups. Had to double cup them just to use them. I would have returned them but lost my receipt. They do keep the coffee hot and I really liked the slider device on the lid what keeps the heat in, but there is no point when they leak all over your desk, and most people are using these in a office/work type setting.

I bought a HUGE pack of these to go cups. The first time I use them I regretted my choice. The white lids do not stay on at all. Every time you grip the cup, the lid pops off. You are driving in the car and reach over to pick it up and the lid pops off onto the floor. Stuck with them now, but don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. The cup itself is great, but to make it a to go cup you have to have a good lid, so that is why I give it a 1 and do not recommend it to anyone for the to go purpose.

I am so disappointed that at least half of the to go cup lids are cracked. I discovered this when I picked up a cup and the whole thing came apart and then the coffee was all over my kitchen table, chairs and floor. Originally I thougt I hadn't put the top on propersly, but then when I went to make another cup, I noticed that the lid was cracked (and so were several of them in the package.) Needless to say, I won't purchase these anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There has been a change in this excellent product. The last cups I bought leak around the bottom seam after a short time (never happened with previous ones)..I would give a 5 rating on previous cups.

I am writing to let you know that I have used your Dixie To Go cups for years. Loved them. The last package I bought - the lids kept splitting open when I was securing them to the cup. I thought maybe I just had a defective package. So I bought another one. The same thing happened. They are splitting where the opening to drink is. I feel that the plastic is just too thin and when you go to press them down on the cup (and I have been soooo gentle in doing this) they just can't handle the pressure of bending slightly to go over the rim. I am so disappointed because they were just the best to go cups. Now I have to find another brand. I wonder if you have received any other complaints. This has to be happening to other people. I have enclosed some pictures so you can see the problem. Thank you for listening to my problem.

These leak at the seam. Every one in the pack. Will not purchase again. Just saw the commercial about how amazing these are and it made me want to write this opinion. Cute design I guess, but that's about all these are good for. Must double cup to make sure it doesn't leak in my car, on my desk, in my hand. My fault for giving more money to the Kock Brothers. ugh

I just opened up a new sleeve of 26 cups and lids. I used my third one today and threw away my third one also. The minute you fill the cup with hot water (for tea) and try and put the lid on, the cylindrical part of the cup pushes down over the circular bottom and it starts to leak. Not a good design.
