Great Value

I love it. It’s well worth the money. There was a delay with shipping something to do with the label. It was at the FedEx facility for five days without moving even though the box had Sam’s Club information printed on it. FedEx delivery was awful, the condition of the box was a mess. It was a miracle it finally arrived in one piece no thanks to FedEx. I watched the delivery driver take the package, which clearly said “fragile handle with care” from the truck. He man handled it until he saw me watching from the porch. Luckily it was well packed and arrived in one piece.

I received this mirror and it was cracked. They sent a replacement and it was cracked worse than the first one. I gave up and asked for a refund knowing I would never get one that wasn't broken. Not sure why they don't use bubble wrap. Wish I could actually review this product but I never got to use it

Somewhat flimsy mirror, but looks pretty and priced well. The first one I ordered arrived completely shattered and broken. Poor review because they required me to return the broken one. The reason I ordered online was so i would not have to haul a mirror that heavy and awkward. Requiring me to rebox and drop off at a FedEx location a mirror that arrived completely shattered just seems ridiculous.

This is a very beautiful addition to the entryway. It’s not too bulky and it’s not too “much”, if you know what I mean. You can definitely add some things to the area around it to really spruce up an area that needs it. It’s a perfect size too! You’ll be able to see your whole outfit!

Incredible price for the quality! This mirror is the high-end look like you’d find in a furniture store without the high end price. We chose the black trim & it securely shipped to our home without any issues. Recently I have seen gold trimmed mirrors available in our club.

Do not follow the mounting instructions! It tells you for the anchors to make a 3/4 inch hole but they give you 1/4 screws and anchors they tell you to tap in. I have a hole in my wall now 3x the size needed. Also one of the two arrived shattered.

I have the same review as another. It arrived broken after being misdirected. They had to print a new label. No longer in stock for online order and black not available in store. I’m disappointed because I got it for my daughter.

I ordered this mirror online because it wasn’t available in the store. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, the delivery driver dropped the package at my next-door neighbor’s house instead of my address. When I finally moved it home, the mirror was completely shattered across the entire surface, even though it was still in one piece. The box looked fine. So I thnk the packing is problematic. Customer service was polite and told me I didn’t need to return the shattered mirror. However, this experience makes me question the shipping and handling quality of Sam’s Club’s online orders.

Mirror arrived completely shattered and they want it mailed back instead of exchanging in a store. Unacceptable. Just want my money back at this point.
