The tv picture is fine, but the interface is not user friendly, have not been able to install the YouTube tv app, and cannot disable closed caption, even though it says it is turned off. Will not purchase Samsung tv again.,

Remote control works poorly with connection to tv. Samsung told us it was a program glitch. Remote doesn't what it wants & makes it hard to control channels volume & overall tv production.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned many flat screen televisions. Upgrading to this style and technology has been the best experience except when experiencing the vibrancy of this television.

I purchased my 85 inch tv early in 2026 after my 82 inch have a bad component that scrambled the screen after 4 years. I love Samsung products so I went a little bigger. Im very happy with my purchase.

For the price that I paid for my 65 inch TV I am very satisfied. The picture is great. The programming of the TV is great. I absolutely have no complaints. It's a great TV.

tired of the pop ups wanting me to sign when i have several times,and it wants to know am i still watching,and antenna disconnected.never again will i buy a samsung.

The product is fine; good clear display and no real problems. I wish the screen were more user friendly, more like Amazon fire TV, where you can add your favorite apps to your home screen.
