I have photophobia, and this TV is very comfortable for my eyes because I can adjust the brightness and make the screen very soft. The Movie Mode is especially helpful and makes watching TV much easier on my eyes. It also works very smoothly and does not freeze like other TVs I have owned in the past. The sound quality is wonderful, clear, strong, and much better than I expected. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would definitely recommend it.

We love our new TV. We wanted a basic large screen. Nothing really fancy or technical. We got more than we hoped for only reason for just 4 stars is the very small remote & it's hard to see in a darkened room. the remote is hard for older people to use

The television cracks and pops causing sound distortion and unvsyncronized voices and sound. Blinks out and pauses at times. For the money, not to bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 5 yr old 55" Samsung TV with this new 65". I love the TV. But the migration of settings caused my subwoofer to no longer work. Samsung says it's my AV receiver. I'm not in 100% agreement with that assessment. I'm taking steps to resolve, but as of today, still no subwoofer.

I have been waiting for a month for any kind of warranty service. After talking to warranty reps it is going to be atleast another 2 weeks before I will have a working tv. Not sure if I will buy another Samsung TV after dealing with rude reps and such a long wait for warranty work.

I am giving this TV a solid 4 stars. The picture quality is amazing for the price, and my absolute favorite feature is the color vibrancy. Everything looks incredibly rich and lifelike. The 4K clarity makes watching movies a great experience. My only real complaint—and my least favorite thing about it—is the built-in sound. The audio lacks depth and sounds a bit thin for a screen this size. Once I paired it with an external soundbar, it became the perfect setup.

The picture is bright and vibrant without looking overly processed, and the contrast provides good detail in both darker scenes and brightly lit content. Screen uniformity has also been very good, with no distracting bright spots or uneven areas during normal viewing. The most impressive feature is the upscaling. Lower-resolution shows, older movies, and streaming content look noticeably sharper and cleaner than I expected. It obviously cannot turn everything into true native 4K, but Samsung's processing does a phenomenal job of improving detail and making older content look great on the larger screen. The interface is generally responsive, apps open quickly, and navigating through menus is simple. My only complaint is that every few months the TV seems to become laggy and increasingly unresponsive. It will eventually crash and restart itself, after which it usually works normally again. It does not happen often enough to outweigh the positives, but it is frustrating when it does. Overall, the brightness, contrast, uniformity, and especially the upscaling are excellent for a TV in this price range. Considering the picture quality, smart features, screen size, and affordable price, the U7900F offers a lot of value. Despite the occasional software slowdown, I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced 4K smart TV.

The tv is delicate as edges are thin, however it is worth it. Don't hang TVs and stands sturdy. Would look great on a wall. No sound bar , but sound is good. Pleased with Samsung TVs. . This is our second and remain loyal. Would suggest 2 ppl to install ot use a set up team.
