The TV interface is easy to use and the remote is well designed. On the negative side the TV screen broke and a line appear within the first month and had to be replaced. On the more positive side it was fixed by Samsung device care so I can still say the TV was worth the purchase

I like that you can change the settings for added security . The main menu is easy to navigate and give me all the important information I need up front. And the TV looks really great on the wall.

The home screen got a huge upgrade and is much easier to navigate. The sound quality has always been top notch and this Crystal UHD takes it a step further. The remote control is also slim and easier to use and Smart Things synchronization was smooth and easy to handle. Overall this TV gets 5 stars from me and a 10/10!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Product - Great Value. I had two "older" Android TVs literally "die" within hours of each other and found myself in need of a new television. My main TV was a 50 inch, and I knew I needed a larger screen. While looking at the options at Costco, I came across the 65 Inch Samsung Class Crystal UHD U7900FD 4K Smart TV. Under $350. Perfect size (NOT AN ANDROID) and loved all the features. The set-up and unpacking were a Breeze - (minutes). It was extremely light weight compared to the Sony I replaced. Literally still learning all of the features, but you won't be disappointed.

The operating system is slow to respond and takes time to boot up. The other issue is glare. The tv has terrible picture quality when used in a bright room. I need to use blinds to be able to use the TV and see things on the screen. Overall the TV has good brightness and darkness. The resolution is clear and the TV has a clean authenticator. Very modern look.

The picture quality is decent for the price 4K content looks sharp enough, and colors are okay, though not particularly vibrant. Sound is pretty average, so you might want a soundbar if you care about audio. The biggest downside is the interface. It feels cluttered and a bit slow at times, with too many menus and apps pushed in your face. It does what it's supposed to do, but navigating it can be a bit annoying. Overall, it serves its purpose as a secondary TV. Not amazing, not terrible..just kind of there.
