[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wi-Fi connection to my TV continues to go in and out. I have to completely unplug it and leave it unplugged for at least five minutes or more for it to connect correctly back to my Wi-Fi. The remote control does not work a majority of the time. I can't pause or rewind properly. Tried to troubleshoot both these issues with no success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV gets very bright, making it easy to watch during the day even with sunlight coming into the room. The contrast is excellent. Dark scenes have deep blacks while bright objects still stand out, making movies look more detailed. The TV responds quickly when opening apps and navigating menus. Everything feels smooth and fast. Lower-resolution videos still look sharp. The TV does a great job making older shows and regular HD content look much clearer on the large screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has an excellent picture. It is crisp and vibrant. The speakers in the tv aren't the best, has some weird sounds when a lot of action is on tv. I hooked it up to soundbar so all good there. All in all I am happy with tv.

It is great for our usage. we have it hung in a room where we meet and share screens for presentation purposes. good for imprompto "zoom/Teams" room. It is the TV that I own at home. It has a beautiful picture only down side is we have a lot of windows and the morning sun makes it hard to see from the side of the TV, head on it's fine.

This TV exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is incredibly sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the sound is much better than I expected. It's fast, easy to navigate, and all of my favorite streaming apps work flawlessly. Setup only took a few minutes, and everything has run smoothly since day one. If you're looking for a great TV with excellent performance and value, I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Excellent TV, that truly is the best. Great picture that is clear and vivid. We are a Samsung product family when it comes to phones, tablets and TVs. Responds quickly to commands from the remote, without a lot of buffering. The brightness is great, the color is fabulous and the contrast is deep. We will be upgrading soon.

I really enjoy this tv, it is way faster than my previous tv that I had, it has a nice bright screen so I can see everything clearly and is not washed out in my opinion, the colors look really nice and mix well together. Definitely a great purchase and will continue to get samsung tvs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this TV. Relatively easy set-up and the picture quality is excellent. The problem? I've had trouble with no sound almost since I purchased it. I was instructed by Samsung to turn it off/on again to solve the issue, which I have to do almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN ON THE TV...sometimes for 10 minutes or more. I have a technician coming this week to look at it (since it's still under warranty). This should not be necessary. I purchased this TV to replace an LG which I had for 6 years; wish I had gotten another LG.
