They love the taste and we are seeing a huge improvement already in my sons behavior. He's my picky eater who relies on snacks 85% of the day (we do try to get the least processed of snacks but I know the parents out there who get it, get it) and his meal choices aren't always the best compared to his sister who eats a bigger variety. So having him get these nutrients that hes most likely missing out on, we can already see a big difference in his meltdowns and just behavior in general! Highly reccomend these for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, these gummy bears tend to line my floors, as my kiddos refuse to eat them. They say that these "gummy bears are not the good ones." They have had treats similar to these vitamins, so they compare them saying that they are all the same "not good color and flavor." Some healthy sweeteners, flavors, or colors may make kiddos actually eat them. I like that they don't have any of the bad stuff, but if my kid won't eat them the ants are just getting healthier. I suggest healthy coloring and sweetener options like pink dragonfruit or blue spirulina and monk fruit to just make them a bit more satisfying for the kiddos.

At first she needed some time to get used to the flavor as she’s very sensory sensitive and on the spectrum, but now she’s sad she can only enjoy one pack a day and wishes she could enjoy them after each meal! Definitely a positive addition to our routine. The benefits I’ve noticed most are more regularity, her dark circles are disappearing under her eyes, sleep and waking is getting easier, and a way better appetite. I’m impressed!

I laughed, but she is still taking the Grüns and is still pretty chill. I’ve also found that our son’s mood is in direct correlation to his bowel movements, going “poo” everyday makes things much easier.

Also, it seems to increase my youngest child’s appetite, which is nice because she’s a pretty low in the growth chart for kids her age. Both of my children eat the gummies well, which is crucial.
