He loves them and sometimes Gruns is all he will eat in the lunch I send to school. I send two packs because he asks for seconds. Mamaw and Papaw are also taking Gruns daily and we all see a huge improvement especially in digestion.

We used to have to take probiotics and prune juice for him to have a bowel movement. Now he goes regularly and without complaint.

They say there are supposed to be to be 8. I feel I didn’t get my moneys worth. I texted the company and they said they would send a replacement. I’m still waiting. I think they are very pricey.

I later tried the Cubs version myself, and was quite surprised to find them very tart, not sweet at all. I think if they had made them sweeter like the adult version, the kid dad would have liked them.

I got these for my girls who refuse to take any other vitamins and we have had a good experience so far. My youngest pushed back at first, but has now been taking them consistently. I believe these are the most comprehensive children vitamin I have seen after trying several brands. One surprising benefit is that both of my kids, one needed this more than the other, have better bowel movements. My daughter was type 1 on the Bristol stool chart for too long, these vitamins have a direct correlation to her BM improvement.
