We have tried many vitamins, protein powders, etc and these are her favorite. She happily eats them with no complaints on taste or texture. We've only been using these for a couple of weeks, so I cannot speak to any benefits yet. However, the fact they contain the ingredients they do is benefit enough for me. He has been taking Gruns Cubs for a week now and within 2-3 days of taking them he started pooping twice a day and the consistency much better. I'm so happy it's seems to be helping. I've sent the company an email of my complaint and even have proof of opening the packages but have not heard back. I'm still a customer but if this continues I will look for a different product for my kiddos.
