They are the gifts for kids. I could not provide a review for them, but, based on my experiment with Gruns, they are great for kids as well.

Son ate them occasionally when I put them in his lunchbox. Ok but will probably try another avenue to get my son the nutrients he needs.

We love them! Especially as a mom always worrying about my picky eater. My most favourite part about them is the minerals!
