Also, my 9 year old is autistic and texture is BIG sensory deal with him! He loves the texture of these and the taste, which is huge! I’ve also noticed a big difference in my children’s digestive health and with their focus and overall mood! These are a staple in their routine now. There’s no going back for us! We’re a GRUNS family!

I’ve been taking these almost everyday and I’ve noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. It looks more hydrated and bright. My energy and focus also increased. I’m a healthy eater already and my body is very responsive to anything I take so this provides me with just enough vitamins to prevent a toxic vitamin overdose. Therefore, I highly recommend these!

She will eat them and says they taste just fine but since she knows what they are she isn’t too excited about them. I told her she had a choice, I could put broccoli on her plate or she can chew a couple of strawberry gummy bears. She eats salads so it’s not like she won’t eat greens but she’s being dramatic for no reason. Wish these weren’t so expensive though.

I love that they’re packed with organic whole food ingredients plus 21 vitamins and minerals, so I feel good knowing they’re getting extra nutritional support. They’re easy to chew, no weird aftertaste, and just a simple addition to our daily routine. Definitely a win for busy moms!

All three of my kids eat a pack for there school snack, and my autistic son loves them. I was thrilled when he would actually eat them because he is set in his snack routine and change is very hard for him. Knowing i he is able to get his fiber intake through the gummies is a huge win for us because he will not touch vegetables.

They’re no Mott’s fruit snack, but they sure are a super easy way to get some nutrients in my very selective autistic child who completely struggles with veggies otherwise. I find the taste pretty mild and they’re a hit with my son who won’t touch anything like fruit leather or a green smoothie with a 10ft pole.
