My grandchildren are 2 and 3 years old. They really love them and I just give them 1 or 2 early in the day. It makes my heart happy that they are getting some real nutrition! And they are sleeping better.

Got these for my two boys. These definitely help with digestion, there’s just no way of getting around it. The kids don’t care about the health benefits of it, but they like the taste and don’t fight me on taking them, so it’s a win!
