Both of my boys can be picky eaters and I’ve always felt guilty that they weren’t eating vegetables like they should. They seem to really like these and I now have peace of mind knowing they are getting the appropriate vitamins and nutrients they need to grow and be healthy.

The only thing that I can complain about with these vitamins is the price!! I don’t know what the ROI is after advertising and insurance costs but if I had two kids I wouldn’t be able to afford them. As it is I will try and do these as long as possible because these are hands down one of if not the best supplements available for either adults and especially for kids! We got the low sugar ones and even my wife likes them!! If you really care about providing the best supplemental nutrition for your kids then look no further! Neither of my children will eat these (3 and 8 years old), so I have been taking them in the evenings to avoid wasting the opened packet. The vitamin/mineral taste is what hits you first, similar to a chewable kids multi. You have a fruity sweetness in the middle and the "greens" flavor peaks at the end. I probably would have easily eaten them as a child but my daughter is extremely fickle and her little brother follows her cues. Still early on for us but I will update any noticeable changes for myself and if I'm able to get the kiddos to eat these.

My little sister is super picky about what she eats. She prefers fruits and veggies over candy (believe it or not), so grüns gummies turned out to be a big hit. She looks forward to having them as a “treat” everyday, and appreciates getting a hefty portion of vitamins and minerals while she’s at it. Grüns is a perfect snack for my very mindful 8 year old sister.

My kids don’t really like the taste. They are picky eaters, hence the need for grüns. They don’t really like many things so that’s not an end all be all with me. I used to worry about their nutrition but I don’t as much anymore. I’m grateful to have stumbled across them, my kids diets are better simply by including 1 packet a day in their morning routine.

After trying lot of different children’s vitamin brands and getting the dreaded “I don’t like it” from my son, we finally found Gruns and it’s been a game changer! He willingly eats a pouch every day and I feel good knowing he’s getting what he needs to boost his nutrition.

The packaging is cute and easy for my 6 and 9 year old to open on their own. They taste good, and the ingredients are amazing! It has been a little peace of mind knowing that I am giving them something to fill their nutritional gaps that do not have a bunch of fillers and junk in them! I love them so far and want to get the adult version for myself,

I looove Gruns so much. The adult and children’s! My kids didn’t like the taste. I’m sure it has more to do with them eating more sugar than they should so they didn’t like the taste and smell of these; however, I absolutely would recommend for children because I love all the benefits/vitamins and amazing natural ingredients. If I could just get my nine year old to eat them. (I think they taste delicious!!)

Finally a whole food vitamin my son will take. It is a bit pricey, but considering I’m replacing 3 other products (and I don’t have to fight him to take them), it is worth it. If there were a way to make this more affordable (maybe not have separate daily servings but put them all in one bag or jar) that would be appreciated!

My 3 daughters absolutely LOVE their gummies! They are excited to take them every morning and even ask for more. We’ve only been taking them for a few weeks so I am excited to see all the benefits my girls experience! And I love knowing that they’re getting everything they need in one simple supplement.
