We've been using it for about a week, and it seems to be helping—her bowel movements have become more regular. She also takes the gummies easily, which makes things much easier for us. So far, we’re very happy with the results.

I initially tried one package for all my kids to make sure they liked the taste as we have tried SO many of the healthiest vitamins and my kids hated them but THESE MY CHILDREN LOVE! I’m so grateful to find a vitamin that fills in the gaps of their diet and serves as a treat!! Thanks Gruns!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these! I don’t have to fight them to take their vitamins. My daughter, who is a very picky eater and has issues with being regular, has had much improvement on using the bathroom more regular and trying new foods.

My lil’ guy loves them! Asks for them in the morning. Has been having them for about 10days straight and my Mother-in-Law was surprised to have a full on conversation with my 2year 10 month old. He has definitely better energy. Definitely can’t wait for more time to pass! Thank you 🙏🏼

My teen daughter says these are good, my younger son thinks these are horrid. (He is admittedly a picky eater and we have YET to find a vitamin, gummy or otherwise, that he will consistently take). That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

My kids are on the spectrum, so getting enough nutrients and fiber in them has always been a struggle. We were giving them all sorts of supplements and vitamins to try to balance everything. They LOVE their Gruns, their tummies are happy, and they no longer struggle with constipation. We've been to get rid all of the other bottles for one easy packet. Thanks Gruns!

I was very excited about this product when i purchased this product. However, none of my 3 children would even try taking one of these very expensive vitamins because “they taste so bad and yucky”… to say that I was disappointed is an understatement. They love their gummy vitamins and truly look forward to taking them. I hope there is a way to have version in the future that tastes better. Disappointed.

Fantastic ingredients & my son can’t wait to eat them each day. He always is wanting more! He’s definitely a picky eater so it’s putting me at ease knowing his getting clean & good nutrients. Within a few days of taking I had already noticed an improvement in his bowels! I will definitely be recommending to all parents and am considering purchasing for myself as well!

Like many parents, we worried about our child getting the nutrition he needs on a daily basis. He is an extremely ‘choosy’ eater. Beyond frustrated, we tried for YEARS to get our child to take or eat a multi. He refused all of them- even the super sweet ones. He tried the GRÜNS and actually agreed to take them (he was reluctant to admit that they’re delicious, even though we could tell he thought so). He’s almost through his 1st month. I find comfort in knowing he’s getting all the nutrition he needs and more (to bridge the gaps in what he eats daily). GRÜNS, Thank you for creating such a healthy, delicious, unique product.
