Good product but in very bad condition!

Confused about how to rate this since I know it is a good product but it came in horrible condition! The box torn up on both ends and the deli paper scattered in the box! No way this happened during shipping,whomever packed this box should get in trouble! This is to be used for food and is not usable, they are unsanitary! All of the box wasn't even there as shown in pictures! Why would anyone think this was ok to ship this!
