They are comfortable and you do not have to worry about leaking in the night. Therefor, you do not wake up and have to change your clothes and sheet. Trust me, that is truly nice. My periods have been awful since I have had children and I always leak at night with regular period pads. I gave these a try and they were amazing!!! No leaks or mess at all. They are long, thin and very absorbent. She did not have any leaking all night. Used them again while grocery shopping, although they are overnights.
