The fit is nice but I think the pads that are more like underwear are more comfortable , these are a bit bulky . They definitely do their job protecting against leaks though. It has very little adhesive and hardly sticks to undergarments at all. They are easy to use, to change and help keep the bed dry. A little bit too wide though, length is fine.
