These overnight Poise pads are improved from before I think. Maximum absorbency and extra coverage width of these pads provides instant absorption and reduces odor upon contact. Wide sticky strip adheres good to underwear also. These overnight pads help mom stay dry until I could change her about 6 hours later and she wasn't wet which is different than other products.
