These pads are specifically designed for heavy leaks so you will wake up feeling dry. I would advise to place the pad closer to the backside of your underwear to ensure maximum protection. These are odorless and will not irritate your skin.

The adsorption is amazing, great to protect yourself from the leaking out. These are super soft and very good quality. I absolutely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked pretty well! They are a little bulky, but that did give me a peace of mind. They are lightly scented but not too strong. They are absorbent and do the job. I would only recommend for overnight due to the bulkiness of the pad.

They dont really move around alot but they are bulky bc they are bigger pads than normal small ones. They work great for over night as well as long car rides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of purchasing POISE Overnight Pads, they are suddenly different. Very stiff! not soft. And So much thinner, making them FAR LESS absorbent!! New design does not capture and contain the miraculous amt of liquid it used to. THEY ARE NO LONGER DEPENDABLE on the job, out in public, nor at ‘nighttime’! Also, it’s folded awkwardly at the narrow end now and it gets stuck to itself.
