They are very absorbent and do not leak, have no odor and are actually very comfortable. I will be using Poise products from now on.

The Poise Drop overnight pads provides great protection for leakage during the night and they are very comfortable. It is slightly scented so it provide decent odor control. Took off a star because of the various dyes in it. Overall highly recommended if you're looking for great and hassle free overnight bladder protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise brand is fantastic! I have tried other brands but they can't compete with Poise! I have been using the 6 drop absorbency in the long length and love them! I decided to try the 8 drop absorbency for nighttime and although at first I was worried they would be too thick and too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent! On occasion I have even worn them during the day when I'm going to be running errands and I know I will not have quick access to a restroom facility. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.

The shape is absolutely perfect and it covers all the necessary areas and then some. The feel is perfect as it's feels like the pad is not even there, it is extremely comfortable. The pad makes zero noise to remove from the individual wrapping and doesn't make any noise while walking or moving which is great! The pad is very durable as it sticks to the undergarment and it does not move and it is very absorbent. I would absolutely recommend this product!

With amazing width in the back to help stop leaking on your clothes (if you’re a back sleeper) . They feel big but are soft and comfortable to wear which is very nice. Love these for overnights!

I used it last night and slept comfortably with no back leakage. It absorbs quickly, feels gentle on the skin, and is durable, staying in place all night without shifting or bunching.
