These pads are very effective in sealing leaks. This particular pack comes with 22 pads that are pretty thick and long. I measured and they were about 15 inches long! While 22 is a good value the design is not the best. Wearing them feels like you are definitely getting “full coverage”. The size and design are my main reasons for the 4 stars and not 5.

They are long so good for plus size folks. I like that they come in different sizes. Easy to put on and they stayed put. I didn't feel like they had any smell-just your usual sanitary type smell. They are quite thick but dont really notice under clothes. Good to stay protected while out and about.
