It has 22 pads, which lasts about 3 weeks if used once nightly. My youngest still wets the bed and I have to change the sheets which is a pain, so I put these on her and wowzers did it absorb a lot of pee!!! Her bed was dry and I didnt have to strip the sheets and wash them with her blankets! We were both impressed, I would recommend 5 out of 5 stars for absorption. Also, they are individually wrapped for sanitation and discretion!
