They contain the odor very well.They were too uncomfortable due to the size, and I didn't feel confident that there wouldn't be any leaks.There wasn't any, but the towel still didn't make me feel safe.

The package says it’s for heavy flows and the size is consistent with that need - this is the biggest pad I have used so far (see one of my pictures where I used a “credit card” for size reference). If you need full coverage, heavy pad, this is for you. I think it’s great for sleeping, maybe sitting for a long period of time (travel, work at a desk). I would feel uncomfortable moving with such a big pad, but that is personal preference

If you have heavier leaky I would definitely recommend this. It can hold up to heavy leakage , I live in the Midwest and went to shovel and it held up great! Definitely worth the money you spend on these.
