I have used a double pad for a number of months now and this pad works well as the extra pad. It stays in place while I am sleeping and does not move around even if I move. To use as a single pad it is not thick enough, therefore, I would not recommend using only one. I like the wider wings in the back of the this pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Overnight Pads Extra Coverage absorbency (8 Drop) are very absorbent and fit very well. The coverage is a lot better then similar products. They do feel big and bulky and diaperesque, but they are for sleeping, you feel very protected.

Never so pleased with protection this product provides for incontinence. I also wear them in daytime for no embarrassing leaks if I should not be able to make it to a restroom while in public. A Godsend at 73 years of age. I also shared a package with a friend of mine. She loved the results, and now purchases her own.I keep extra in my car and/or purse.

They protect all night and don’t feel too heavy or closed in. They fit nicely and have a good coverage. They don’t feel like they stay wet. However, I would like to see all natural ones for a safer use.

She feels confident at night against leak protection and the odor control. She says they’re comfortable considering what they are. All in all, she’s pleased. That’s all I can ask for. I’d definitely buy these for her in the future.

I've used the Ultra Overnight pads for the past two years! Never had any leakage, etc.. The last two 24 Pads packs I purchased were like using a Regular Pad instead of the Overnight Extra coverage pads with the wider back! They are terrible! Maybe it's because they were made in China instead of USA!!USa

I've never had any issues with leaks. These are hands down my favorite pads. If you are looking for comfort and absorbent pads look no further.
