They also have wide tape which adheres securely to pants. The shape offers a snug fit and generally stays in place. Poise pads have high absorbency which prevents leaks for light to moderate bladder leaks. They are bulky due to the pads being able to absorb more which is perfect for overnight use.

The design needs to be updated a little bit. I wish they had wings so that the pads stay on the underwear better. Other than that, it's a good product.

Despite being designed for overnight use, the pads are still easy to carry when traveling or packing for a trip. Might need to wear bigger underwear when using it since it doesn’t take up most of the space. Feels breathable and able to move around when turning in bed. Not really something to wear when you’re being active, more of a bedtime wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you have children 🧒 do you remember the pads that they gave you when you left the hospital but they were so bulky but they were the perfect bad because it covered you from front to back and it wasn’t just because you were bleeding if you sneezed to pee well now that we’re older it’s just about the same thing if you sneeze you pee if you breathe your moves the wrong way you pee so I’ve gotten older and that’s exactly what happens. With Poise I don’t have to feel embarrassed. It fits perfectly. You cannot see it underneath my clothes like anything else. I have tried so it’s very discreet and actually sticks to what it needs to stick to and it doesn’t ruin stuff.. and the one thing it doesn’t do is leak. I have tested this product for as long as I possibly could with out to getting in trouble. I should say you know I waited till the very very end before posting my review because I needed to make sure that it was the right review this isn’t something that we all talk about. I know I didn’t. It was hard for me to say I have an issue and yeah, let me try this and make sure I even warm to the gym and exercised with no issues so yeah, I can recommend this product with your problem and go out with leggings on and not feel embarrassed that somebody’s gonna see it and not have a diaper on at 48 years old .
