[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The poise overnight pads ultimate supreme 6 fit comfortably. They helped me stay dry, kept the odor under control, and them being wider in the back help keep me dryer with ever time I turned in bed. I would highly recommend these. I didn't have to worry about getting up and changing my clothes and beding in the middle of the night I could just change my poise.

I just started using these overnight pads with the wider back and I am so pleased Pouse is listening to their consumers. I have incontinence issues day and night and I tried Always brand but Poise seems to understand incontinence better. My biggest problem at night is that I wake up dry with an urge, but the act of getting out of bed makes the urine gush. This pad, with its wider overall shape and the expanded back portion handles the gush and keeps my pajamas and sheets dry most of the time. I could only suggest to widen the flare in the front just a tiny bit more to catch the gush as I roll out of bed. Overall, this is a big improvement over the previous design for overnight use. I also use Poise thin 6’s for daytime coverage. They’re great.

I’ve used several kinds of pads. Poise is by far the most reliable. I can sleep better, knowing that I am covered.

They sat much more comfortable than the hospital grade pads I was given. I imagine for overnight purposes they will work amazing!

I'm heavy set but short, so maybe that's the reason, but I honestly don't think I would buy these. Thanks for the opportunity to review these though!

I use them everyday and although sometimes there is a little leakage,(with full bladder release) they do the job perfectly. and believe it or not the colored pads make them feel more like clothes than pads. soft, absorbent and quiet, everything about these pads is a winner! please don't change a thing, You got it right!!

They seem really bulky when you first see them, but once I figured out the correct placement for my body, I don’t even know I’m wearing them.

For an overnight pad, they are uniquely thin, they stay in place and they are comfortable. No leaks, no awkward feeling wearing them. I recommend this product and give it 5 stars out of 5 stars!
