First time I've used it and oh my gosh it delivered the purpose of having a heavy leak at night it works really great. I really love it, now I don't have any worries when I have heavy period specially at night cause I know one product I can trust and it is POISE OVERNIGHT pads, no more worries. It's very wide pads at the back so you will not worries about the leak while your sleeping with period at night. Its good packaging is very neat. It is perfectly pads for heavy days. I do love it its amazingly made for overnight heavy leaks. I do really love this POISE OVERNIGHT PADS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these for a few nights they hold accidents and leakage pretty well but its not made for the plus size crowd kept waking up to the pad stuck to my thighs it doesn't stay in place so still ended up with a mess

I have a super heavy flow but these pads are super absorbent and long and wide in the back so I am covered and not messing up my clothes or sheets when I sleep. I would give them a 8 out of 10, only because they are a tad bit thick.

After using them, I can honestly say that they have better protection. They absorb better and I stayed dry all night. The fit was great and very comfortable. The larger area in the back helped to prevent leaks at night. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for an overnight pad.
