[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t know if I would trade these pads in and get rid of a overnight underwear, but, it’s a close second. These pads are, thick and provide extra support for the butt. They can hold a significant amount of liquid which is good when you’re sleeping and can’t jump out of bed to use the bathroom. My only drawback is the lack of wings or something to help keep the sides secured. I would have expected something “extra” since there’s are meant to be used overnight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My need for such a product is slight but even with the small amount given there would be leakage over the side before absorption would take place leaving the edge of my underwear a bit damp and needing to change. Although big and bulky feeling and pretty sure you can see (definitely feel and hear sometimes) the end of the pad at your butt through pants also . I ended up buying a much cheaper version that are softer and absorbs quicker.

I like the wider back area since it gives me the correct coverage in the back. They don't leak and have odor control, which is great.
