[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very long, thick and wide, so they’re perfect for any woman that suffers from heavy leaks. My family member uses Poise and thought that they were a bit too thick for her. She prefers the thin pads. One issue was that the adhesive was not very strong at all on these pads. The length and thickness is amazing for a heavy leaker for nighttime, though.

However I found that they are a bit too wide for my and the adhesive was not not strong enough to stay on the clothing, as a resolt it stuck to my skin which irritated me as I am sencitives to adhesives. I can see the advantige of the product and will try to use it again this evening with the hope of a more favorable out come.

I would like the front to be shaped like that too for us side and stomache sleepers but that being said, they were absorbant and I could detect no odor. They performed as claimed on ths packaging. These pads are much thicker and bigger in size than normal pads for heavy flow. The absorption is very good. They fit well in underwear and have a sticky back.
