The wider back is great to catch everything while lying down. I've had super great luck with not having any leaks which makes sleeping a lot less worrisome.

These pads are much thicker and bigger in size than normal pads for heavy flow. The absorption is very good. They fit well in underwear and have a sticky back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals extra coverage overnights work very well and have good absorption. They worked better for me than the full garments did. My only issue with them was the Adhesive that is supposed to keep the poise in place was not very sticky and did not stick at all most nights. But I did not have any leakage which was a relief. Overall I would use these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These did the exact job they were supposed to do. Kept wetness away, premium absorbency and comfortable feel. For medium bladder leakage these did quite well. Odor control and absorbency were the most impressive components of these pads.

I wouldn’t say they are better or worse than others, but definitely could be more comfortable. The material likes to stick to my skin once it gets “wet”. Not my favorite feeling, but they do absorb well.
