These pads fit great, they're long and thick. I am provided coverage during the day and during the evening. I will definitely buy this product & will look for it on the shelves. I have hard time making it to the bathroom and sometimes I suddenly got to go.

Poise used to have a nice long length overnight pad and now they are gone. The ones now are too narrow and not nearly the same absorbancy and they leak. Never had this with the original Number 6 long length pads. The odor control is not good anymore either. This was a change for the worst and a real loss for me and I am sure for other women also. My last two large boxes were a waste of money and now I have to search for something else. It is sad.

They do offer good absorbency and are comfortable enough for overnight use. The pads are fairly soft and the length provides decent coverage, which is important for a good night's sleep. However, I did notice some issues with leakage, especially towards the edges, which was disappointing. Additionally, they tend to feel a bit bulky compared to other brands, which can be uncomfortable. Overall, they get the job done, but there might be better options out there if you need more reliable protection and a slimmer design.

The back was large enough to cover without concerns of moving around as I slept or changed position. The pad was super absorbent and held more liquid than any other pad I have tried. No wet feel against me in the morning was a great way to wake up.

These are great for periods as well as the occasional leakage. We all know bladders weaken after a while and there are certain circumstances where you need extra coverage usually when you are coughing like a maniac from a cold or gave a medical condition that results in leakage. They cover more in the back which is very helpful since a person would be laying down. They are soft and comfortable and are excellent for both men and women!

The absorbency was top notch. Not one leak or accident. If they could find a way to make them a bit less bulky, they would be a total 5 star product!

I was so happy to try these that I had forgotten to video the item before I used them all. The only downfall is these do not do well for the occasional loss of a full bladder but if you need that extra protection from a cough, sneeze, laugh or just can’t hold it completely to make it to the rest room then this is perfect. If you need something more then I suggest the full brief. They stay comfortable even though they can take on more than you think.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Trial for the Poise Originals Extra Coverage Overnight Pads was for my disabled aunt to try out and she was amazed at how well they have worked for her. When she has a hard time managing to get off her bed and to the bathroom they hold the leakage she might have on the way there. Now her pants and undies don't get urine on them. So thankful and grateful for these full sized samples, because we would probably still have problems trying to get her into the bathroom with a mess to boot. So thank you from the bottom of my heart because you saved us a lot of trouble. Now we can say that we will be buying these Pads in size 5 from now on!
