These pads have great leak protection. I like that the pad is wider in the back then the front. I found the pads comfortable. I would recommend them.

It absorbs very well and keeps me dry. It can hold quite a lot of fluid although my leakage is not as bad as others. My favorite is the additional 75% wider back that it offers. I always hoped they would do it and it is a much more comfortable fit for me. I will definitely continue buying this.

They stayed in place no matter how much I tossed and turned during sleep and the extra width in the back ensured there was no leaking. The pads were very comfortable and they made me confident that I good get a good nights sleep with no leakage.

I used to laugh and just tinkle and sometimes even fully wet myself and I'd be with friends and it would be so embarrassing because everybody would look and see that I just wet myself from laughing. I carried extra clothes with me to change but I knew if they made me laugh again it would happen again. They kind of looked at me with disgust but I couldn't help it. I must have tried every incontinence underwear and finally found Poise I was relieved. I LOVE YOU POISE♡ They were comfortable and I had no more fears of embarrassments . However after I put on the product I do put a pair of cotton underwear over it so that it smoothes out the puffiness so people do not realize I am wearing incontinence underwear. Even when dry, the weight of the pad caused the crotch of my underwear to hang beneath my private area like a swinging bridge. It did not fit snug up against me, even when laying down, therefore I did not feel protected and confident.

Not to thick, very comfy and you stay dry throughout the night. I would recommend these to anyone and everyone.

She is very Incontinent overnight and was grateful that she had this pad to try because it held her over until morning. I would highly recommend this project to anybody that has an incontinent issue.

They sat much more comfortable than the hospital grade pads I was given. I imagine for overnight purposes they will work amazing!
