I'm a heavy bleeder and this has given me a piece of mind because it's big and consumed all of that water. Get my drift. But overall only get them is you are a heavy person and heavy bleeder because girls let me tell you this has helped me through the night. 100 recommended.

I used Poise Long Overnight 6 pads and they were great! When Poise stopped making these I tried their Overnight pads - didn't come close to measuring up. They are NOT the same and neither are the #6 Long. I really miss the ones that worked and wish they'd bring them back. I've had to change to other brands.

What I love about these is it's so perfect for overnight if it's comfortably and doesn't cause any discomfort and never ever causes any leaks. I have a super heavy flow but these pads are super absorbent and long and wide in the back so I am covered and not messing up my clothes or sheets when I sleep. I would give them a 8 out of 10, only because they are a tad bit thick.

These pads are extra wide in the back to give you more protection while you use them. They are still as thin as they can possibly be for an overnight pad, which is great. I don't have to worry about the pad getting all bunched up either because the adhesive is very strong and works very well. I would recommend these Poise Originals Extra Coverage Overnights for anyone who needs protection from leakage.

I have only a small amount of leakage sometimes, but that's enough to feel uncomfortable in the mornings I have those small "accidents." The two mornings after using Poise Overnights, I was happy to find my panties were dry along the edges. I recommend them and will keep using them, because "just in case" coverage is important to me!
