I like how they are absorbent yet do not "puff" up like a diaper really bad and wake up feeling like your "sagging" I like how the wider back adds more support without making it feel like you are wearing a thick pad. No smell after wearing all night with is amazing! I feel fresh after wearing overnight.

I was so comfortable wearing these while hanging with my friends, co-workers and family members! I normally worry about leaking through my pads and I’m a mother of 6 children and have very heavy flows. These are absolutely wonderful and I was able to sleep without a pad underneath me in case of leakage. This was my first time using this brand and is now my go to number one and only pad. I have to wear protective pads when my Botox starts needing to be redone in my bladder. These have really helped me the past couple of nights. Very comfortable, super absorbent, great leak protection, excellent fit that stays in place all night.

I used to laugh and just tinkle and sometimes even fully wet myself and I'd be with friends and it would be so embarrassing because everybody would look and see that I just wet myself from laughing. I carried extra clothes with me to change but I knew if they made me laugh again it would happen again. They kind of looked at me with disgust but I couldn't help it. I must have tried every incontinence underwear and finally found Poise I was relieved. I LOVE YOU POISE♡ They were comfortable and I had no more fears of embarrassments . However after I put on the product I do put a pair of cotton underwear over it so that it smoothes out the puffiness so people do not realize I am wearing incontinence underwear. Also the pad would crunch up and move. The Poise overnight extra pads solved all these problems for me. No only did I stay tray, but the pad stayed in place. I would recommend this product.

Even though I take medication, these pads provide the security and comfort you need without a lot of excess bulk. I can completely lose control and have confidence that these pads will hold it. I recommend this to all you women who suffer with incontinence issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My need for such a product is slight but even with the small amount given there would be leakage over the side before absorption would take place leaving the edge of my underwear a bit damp and needing to change. Although big and bulky feeling and pretty sure you can see (definitely feel and hear sometimes) the end of the pad at your butt through pants also . I ended up buying a much cheaper version that are softer and absorbs quicker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Poise bladder leakage overnight pads is a reasonable choice. The shape makes sense because it is wide in the back. Overall I am happy with the length and width of the pad. Actually some may find it being too wide. The thickness and absorbency is reasonable. I do found these overall bulky and the adhesive is so-so. When it's wet, the surface also sticks to my skin somewhat.
