They are large in size proving security for those ooooppsie moments. Even though they are larger in size they fit her panties and conform to her body well. My mother is 5ft 7 and 154 pounds and she raves about them. Happy she’s found comfort with Poise.

They're soft and gentle on your skin and don't irritate or cause a rash. They also don't slide around, they stay put and move with your body. I love that they provide odor control because there's nothing worse than being embarrassed. These can be used, not just for bladder control but also for heavy bleeding cycles or right after you have a baby when you're wearing pads for weeks at a time.

I've used the Ultra Overnight pads for the past two years! Never had any leakage, etc.. The last two 24 Pads packs I purchased were like using a Regular Pad instead of the Overnight Extra coverage pads with the wider back! They are terrible! Maybe it's because they were made in China instead of USA!!USa

These pads are comfortable absorbency is good dont bunch stays put can be worn all day with confidence the wider back is a plus for night time use these are excellent for light to moderate use any heavy Use I would wear a plastic panty with and still feel confident with product I will make this my pad choice from now on.

The max length overnight pads are my peace of mind. The underwear doesn't appeal to me due to having to change clothes in a narrow stall if too soiled. Pads are easier to change if needed.

I’m a very big girl who needs a lot of protection. This was great with the wider area. Even though I sleep on my back, I have to reverse the pad with wider area up front or I wake with wet undies. Please make a size 7 if you need, with pad a bit longer and wide at both ends....that would be perfect! Please tweak this pad and you will gain praise and customers. In the meantime, this is the best I have found, just could be made better, if larger.
