They stay in place and very secure. They keep me free from so much troubles especially in this cold weather. They keep the are dry and odor less and ver comfortable. It is effective for me since i haven’t experience any sensitivity reaction such as rashes while using this. No leaks because it stays it should be. I was anticipating more of the size of a period pad. However, that being said, I think the quality of the pad is great! I think it definitely offers full coverage; and then some. Might need to wear bigger underwear when using it since it doesn’t take up most of the space. Feels breathable and able to move around when turning in bed. Not really something to wear when you’re being active, more of a bedtime wear.
