[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good tool for the elderly who need extra absorbency at night. The larger width to the back help a lot when I cant get to the bathroom in time. It also allows me a little more dignity than adult diapers.

It is very comfortable to wear at night. It fits great, and because the back portion is so large (think diaper, but in pad form), I don't have to worry about any unwanted leakage at night. It's very absorbant and doesn't leave any smell. All in all, it's wonderful!!

The guide on the side of package is legible and easy to understand. The pad itself is of a good design, somewhat like a child’s disposable diaper with the elastic trim by the legs. It is a pad that once you peel the strip off of the bottom it is then it is placed in the garment and adheres so as not to slip. It is quite comfortable and the ease of mind knowing it is there is nice. The “wicking” keeps the moisture from your body. I would definitely use these.
