My only complaint is the size and bulkiness of the pad. While I appreciate the protection, I do wish it was a bit thinner and more discreet. It can feel a little bulky at times, especially during the day. We'd get up and walk around just to loosen them up around the leg and groin area. At night we at first couldn't sleep with them. They did protect us daily and at bedtime. I do recommend this product if your having urine incontinence trouble. I suggest thou for a more comfortable fit get them in bigger size. if you want them to fit snugly get the smaller size.

These poise feminine pads are especially for the night for those women with a lot of flow or also to be used after giving birth since they are very large and absorbent, they are perfect for those occasions, for people with little flow they are not highly recommended because they are very thick therefore they are a little uncomfortable. Recommended for postpartum.

These are great for periods as well as the occasional leakage. We all know bladders weaken after a while and there are certain circumstances where you need extra coverage usually when you are coughing like a maniac from a cold or gave a medical condition that results in leakage. They cover more in the back which is very helpful since a person would be laying down. They are soft and comfortable and are excellent for both men and women!
