These are so helpful for loved ones with bladder issues. I had a surgery which made it hard for me to get up in time to go to the bathroom and would have accidents. These work great. Absorbed well and were comfortable to wear at night. Was able to sleep better knowing I had the protection. I would recommend these to my friends and family.

They stay in place , even with tossing and turning at night. They are wider in the back to protect if you are a back sleeper. I highly recommend this product !

They don’t work very well with men’s briefs or boxer briefs though, I started wearing women’s panties and it’s perfect. A snug fit and lots of confidence. Make sure you get full coverage brief panties though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving Poise Overnight pads I had doubts about them being that they were so much larger than previous Poise pads I have purchased in the past. I didn't think I needed Overnight protection that was so large but I was wrong. These pads did exactly what I needed them to do; protect me through the night from accidents. I was pleasingly surprised. I was protected, my sheets were protected and most of all my mattress was protected.

Having tried various products with unsuccessful results, I found Poise Overnight Pads with wider back and my problems were solved. It is the only product that protects me from undesirable accidents. The only detail I most mention is that personally I have had to make adjustments suitable to my condition. Since I am overweight, I found that wearing the pad with the part labeled front in the opposite direction protects me best. I use the pads all day long, not just overnight. This product is incomparable and has made this 73-year-old lady a happy woman. Thank you.
