[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find poise overnight pads to be safe. I feel protected from leaks because of it being designed especially for over night. I don't have to run to the bathroom every so often to make sure my pajama isn't stained which is kinda embarrassing and makes me uncomfortable. So thanks to poise I now don't have to worry anymore. The paste on the pads are strong and doesn't loose...the cotton is very absorbent. Overall I like poise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My need for such a product is slight but even with the small amount given there would be leakage over the side before absorption would take place leaving the edge of my underwear a bit damp and needing to change. Although big and bulky feeling and pretty sure you can see (definitely feel and hear sometimes) the end of the pad at your butt through pants also . I ended up buying a much cheaper version that are softer and absorbs quicker.

I was a little nervous because i though they wouldn't hold but they are tough and if not better then other name brands. I am a pad gal lol I do not use anything other then pads. I am happy I got to be in this study, I think I have found my new brand of pads that I will be using monthly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads leave me feeling secure while sleeping. They are sturdy, but not stiff, leaving room for movement at night. The pads are extremely absorbent and have not left any room for leaks. I am definitely adding these to a regular purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the poise overnight pads to be absorbant and form fitting. They are not bulky or uncomfortable like some other products. The only negative thing is they did not stay in place, so perhaps more adhesive is needed.

I tried water first because I have a really heavy flow and have to use both a tampon and a pad daily throughout the entire 7 days. Using a tampon and two pads every night just to wake up with messy underwear, pajama and sometimes sheets is a nightmare. These were a good send. No more leaks at night. This is awesome for me and... My boyfriend.

I am a plus size woman and as I have gotten older, whenever I cough or sneeze, I tinkle. This Poise overnight pad is nice and long and provides extra wide coverage towards the back so if I wake up coughing in the middle of the night and tinkle it tends to go up my butt if I am laying on my back. I know it's completely embarrassing! I have never had any leakage with these pads and they are also very comfortable.
