We'd get up and walk around just to loosen them up around the leg and groin area. At night we at first couldn't sleep with them. They did protect us daily and at bedtime. I do recommend this product if your having urine incontinence trouble. I suggest thou for a more comfortable fit get them in bigger size. if you want them to fit snugly get the smaller size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the poise overnight pads to be absorbant and form fitting. They are not bulky or uncomfortable like some other products. The only negative thing is they did not stay in place, so perhaps more adhesive is needed.

They stayed in place no matter how much I tossed and turned during sleep and the extra width in the back ensured there was no leaking. I didn't wake up damp like I have sometimes and didn't feel like I had to hurry in case I had an oopsy before I got to the restroom. I liked the wider back so I had extra protection if I was sitting or laying down. These pads are the best I have used and I will defiantly be telling people about them and I plan on purchasing them. I didn't feel wet at all also there was no odor. It did not leak just felt very comfortable. The only problem was that the back where it sticks did not stick to well. It had move a little over night.

They kept me dry all night and preventing me from wetting the bed. They are easy to apply on your underwear. I have accidents with peeing the bed at least twice a week so I'm glad that I got to test these Poise pads out.

I have a super heavy flow but these pads are super absorbent and long and wide in the back so I am covered and not messing up my clothes or sheets when I sleep. I would give them a 8 out of 10, only because they are a tad bit thick.
