The pad itself provides ample coverage and gives you confidence that you won't have any leaks. I found that they absorb liquid well and stays in place. The pad in front felt too thick to wear during the day. When I tried to adjust it, the pad stayed where it was. I have used POISE pads before and really like them. The design of this Overnight pad I believe will help us with leaks when we lay down. I recommend others to try this product as POISE is a name you can trust. Opinions are 100% my own.

I am thoroughly impressed with the coverage and absorbency. These pads provide outstanding overnight protection and have an (8)drop absorbency rating, ensuring I stay dry and comfortable throughout the night. They are a bit bulky, hence the 4 star rating, however the extra coverage gives me peace of mind and allow me a restful sleep without any worries about leaks, Big plus!! These pads are also designed with odor control in mind, which keeps me feeling fresh all night long, again worry free! Despite their high absorbency, they are soft and gentle on the skin, preventing any irritation or discomfort. The adhesive strips hold the pad securely in place so I never have to worry about it shifting during the night. Poise Fresh Protection Overnight Pads have exceeded my expectations and are great if you need or want a pad reliable overnight care.

When I bought them I used them during the day too! It's great not having to worry about the exact right spot for the pad and trying to keep the pad in place and making sure it's covering the back. I highly recomend these for people who worry about or experience leaks even with other pads, especially for laying down.

They aren't comfortable, and it doesn't tell me whether or not they have latex, which is a problem because I'm allergic. They are not comfortable or pretty. I would rather wear an adult diaper than this.
