When I am sitting down and I have to cough or sneeze I usually end up wetting the back of my pants because the fluid runs that way and with these there is plenty of pad to catch it. I wore these during the day also, not just at night. They are huge and make me feel safe about going in public without having a accident and embarrasing myself. Great job Poise!

I testing wearing the pad overnight. It is bulky but better than use a full disposable garment.
