These pads are extra wide in the back to give you more protection while you use them. They are still as thin as they can possibly be for an overnight pad, which is great. I don't have to worry about the pad getting all bunched up either because the adhesive is very strong and works very well. I would recommend these Poise Originals Extra Coverage Overnights for anyone who needs protection from leakage.

Even did extra trial and used during the day in case. worked great during the day also. Long enough for entire coverage. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for better and good coverage. I have only a small amount of leakage sometimes, but that's enough to feel uncomfortable in the mornings I have those small "accidents." The two mornings after using Poise Overnights, I was happy to find my panties were dry along the edges. I recommend them and will keep using them, because "just in case" coverage is important to me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really pleased with the comfort of this pad. I thought it was going to be to big but I found it to be very comfortable. No leaks!!! I was dry and did not smell. This morning I took another pad and took my water bottle and poured 2 cups of water on pad. It absorbed all the water and it was still dry on my skin. I fully recomend for overnight use!

I enjoy wearing the new design with the wider back. They are thin and absorbent. However, I wish the front and sides were wider not to just protect me but my clothes. My leakage is more in the front than the back. But I do experience some leakage in the back too. I have noticed that the old design the padding on the inside would tear open. That is very unusual. Also with the new design should have larger packages instead of 22 in a package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Originals Extra Coverage Overnights is a little bulky but very comfortable. The gathered sides pull in towards the middle if/when there are an leaks, keeping body and clothing dry. Soft and non-irritating. Wrappers make disposal very easy.
