Even did extra trial and used during the day in case. worked great during the day also. Long enough for entire coverage. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for better and good coverage. This is your product you will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to really love these Poise Overnight Pads. Because, yes, my bladder leaks overnight. It also leaks during the day and the Original Poise Pads work great for that so I thought the Overnight ones would be wonderful for the extra leakage. Too big. Way too wide in the back and too thick. I tried putting them more in the front, then more in the back and just in the middle. Uncomfortable any way I put them. Tried them for 3 nights. I am not a tiny person either so I am unsure why they felt uncomfortable. I still love Poise pads. Will continue to use them during the day as they are undoubtedly the best but, for me, the Overnight Pads did not work.

However, it has been so frustrating, until recently, because I had no way to control this - short of wearing adult diapers. My mom recommended trying Poise. Although I have not compared them to other products like it on the market, I have not needed to. The Poise pads totally absorb any leaks I have. They have a pleasant aroma and are relatively inexpensive, so that I can afford to use them daily. I feel so much more at ease going out in public now without the fear of needing a change of clothing or trying to control laughter and coughing in an effort to prevent bladder issues. Another plus are the different levels of protection available. I wish I had discovered this product a long time ago.

They are comfortable and with a 75% wider back it catches all moisture. It stays in place while I sleep and I know that I am a tosser and turner. No bunching and it kept me dry. This is the best bladder leakage protection I have ever used!

The Poise extra coverage for overnights has been great and provides just the right amount of extra coverage. It is very effective in those situations when leakage is a major factor. I will be using this product in the future as well.

I got these a few days ago. Since wearing then, I have had a rash-like feeling in my groin. I never had this with other Poise products. Are the overnights made differently other than the size. Is the adhesive the trouble here.canyou respond to my inquiry. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I 1st saw it, I thought, Wow, they were big. But then I put one on and started wearing it. I felt relieved that there was something out there that I trusted and that could get me through the night. I get these coughing spells sometimes during the night and wearing this pad, I felt at ease. I didn't have to keep running through underwear, due to it being wet. I was able to get up and use the bathroom and go back to bed. No mess and nothing was wet. I was able to finally sleep after that, unlike before when I didn't have this much added protection.
