I've used the Ultra Overnight pads for the past two years! Never had any leakage, etc.. The last two 24 Pads packs I purchased were like using a Regular Pad instead of the Overnight Extra coverage pads with the wider back! They are terrible! Maybe it's because they were made in China instead of USA!!USa

They are comfortable and with a 75% wider back it catches all moisture. It stays in place while I sleep and I know that I am a tosser and turner. No bunching and it kept me dry. This is the best bladder leakage protection I have ever used!

Feels even more comfortable than a period liner. They worked well for my incontinence issues during pregnancy, and make life so much more enjoyable!

The pads are long and have ample protection in the rear so that you’re protected if you have a leak when you’re sitting or laying down. They’re thick enough to fully protect you if you can’t make it to the bathroom. I was very impressed and will definitely purchase these in the future.

I felt that the product was a awesome help to use during nightime, while sleeping. This product held up throughout the night, didn't shift out of place. Finally found these in Walgreens. Love the longer and wider width. I also wear the wide part in the front...works better for me...side sleeper. I agree with another reviewer to make longer and wider at both ends because larger people don’t fit in Depends. I really wanted to like the competition pads...cheaper...but Poise holds more fluid and keeps me dry. So I’m back being a loyal customer to Poise. But please make wider and longer at both ends

However I did find that the actually size (triangular and wider than traditional overnights) were a larger than what I'm used to so they didn't fit into any of my undergarments to secure them comfortably. I will continue to use them but will have to invest in larger undergarments.
