Having tried various products with unsuccessful results, I found Poise Overnight Pads with wider back and my problems were solved. It is the only product that protects me from undesirable accidents. The only detail I most mention is that personally I have had to make adjustments suitable to my condition. Since I am overweight, I found that wearing the pad with the part labeled front in the opposite direction protects me best. I use the pads all day long, not just overnight. This product is incomparable and has made this 73-year-old lady a happy woman. Thank you.

I've used the Ultra Overnight pads for the past two years! Never had any leakage, etc.. The last two 24 Pads packs I purchased were like using a Regular Pad instead of the Overnight Extra coverage pads with the wider back! They are terrible! Maybe it's because they were made in China instead of USA!!USa

She is very Incontinent overnight and was grateful that she had this pad to try because it held her over until morning. I would highly recommend this project to anybody that has an incontinent issue.

Finally found these in Walgreens. Love the longer and wider width. I also wear the wide part in the front...works better for me...side sleeper. I agree with another reviewer to make longer and wider at both ends because larger people don’t fit in Depends. I really wanted to like the competition pads...cheaper...but Poise holds more fluid and keeps me dry. So I’m back being a loyal customer to Poise. But please make wider and longer at both ends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit embarrassed to give his a try. I've had a few surgeries that has required me to need these sometimes. These boys protectors in particular are extremely good. I've tried a few different brands and nothing is really stood to poise. You cannot really tell that someone is wearing them unless you're looking. You will wake up feeling dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most overnight pads are like 2ft long and 2 inches thick making them not discreet at all and very uncomfortable- these are a pleasant surprise. Not nearly as horrible as the rest. I'd still rather wear an overnight/heavy flow panty for comfort but these I wouldnt mind using either. So these will a great backup for me.
