This tv works perfectly fine out the box, easy to assemble with barely any tools, comes complete with everything you need and the batteries will last forever. The tv quality is very good. The brightness/darkness (black and white) feel natural and not blueish or brown/greyish and thecolors are very vivid for the money you get a very good quality product

Great TV with an excellent picture I've been very happy with this Samsung TV. The picture quality is excellent, with sharp detail, great colors, and good contrast. The screen looks especially impressive when watching movies and shows in 4K. The TV is also easy to use, and the smart features work well. The tv is a great size. Netflix glitches on this tv and cuts out quite a lot. We have no problems on any of our other tvs. The biggest dislike I have is that, from day one, the sound will not increase above a certain number. I had to buy a sound bar so we could hear and understand the dialog comfortably. Picture is just ok. Sorry Samsung, but you missed your mark on this version. I wouldn't recommend this tv, especially if you have a loud house or live by a busy road.

This Sansung Smart TV may be smarter than me when it comes to technology, but it has helped me many times when I was baffled on how to use it. I fell like a pro, using the channel changer. I don't even have to look at the buttons anymore. The colors are so vivid, I feel like I am looking at real life and not a screen. When I have a problem with something, it guides me on what to do.

Great picture, horrible sound quality! The sound is absolutely horrible, I am not sure if there is something wrong with my tv or if the product is just that bad, I would never buy another Samsung TV again because of this. I have gone through the settings and nothing helps. I tried a sound bar to eliminate the use of the sound from the tv itself but the words do not match the picture, absolutely worst sound quality of any electronic device i have ever owned. It is "Twangy" and extremely noticeable when music plays especially, horrible and disappointed.

Down side is the glare from lights is awful and the voice remote with Bing is trash. But the remote its slef is quick and responsive. And the sound quality without a sound bar is pretty great!

Brightness, color, contrast, and it has always worked without stopping to wait for processing commands. Easy to use, in 3+ years we've owned it I've only had to adjust the color and other settings No problems watching it on a bright room, have never had any intrusive steps to access the TV from outside. We don't have it secured as it's only two if us.
