Looking for a solid secondary tv, which this is. Major letdown with the 10 year old remote with the many confusing buttons rather than the newer version I thought all Samsung tvs' had.

It has a different problem, two one pixel vertical lines near the right edge - one red and one green - that’s over 4000 bad pixels. Samsung support agrees it’s a problem but has not followed up on human chat promise to service or replace it.

This TV has a great picture and display but I have found a couple of issues that are frustrating. The first main issue is that the screen freezes almost daily. It is cleared by changing the channel or turning the TV off and restarting it. However, I shouldn't have to worry about a brand new TV freezing daily. The second issue I experience is that when changing channels, the TV takes a few seconds to tune, leaving the screen black while it switches between channels. I researched several models before making this purchase. I previously owned a Samsung TV without any issues for over 7 years. I purchased a new TV for new technology and larger screen. I wish I had chosen an alternative model or waited a bit longer before purchasing.

The picture quality is amazing, the colors are very vibrant, and everything looks super sharp. The system is also fast and easy to use, and I can access my apps without any issues. The design is very sleek and looks perfect in my living room. Definitely an excellent purchase.

The skin tones are beautiful and the images clear and sharp. Setting it up was unbelievably easy. When we plugged in our sound bar and Blu-Ray player, it connected to them in a matter of seconds without any other steps. The remote layout could use some redesigning. Some of the more commonly used buttons could be relocated and made a bit larger to avoid hitting the wrong one. Overall, we are in love with this purchase and have become Samsung fans!
