These are scrumptious! There is an impossibly thin pretzel (I’ve seriously never seen a pretzel as flat as this) that is covered all around in dark chocolate. I’m more a fan of milk chocolate than dark chocolate (though my tastes are maturing and now I can appreciate the dark chocolate a bit more, especially if it is covering something). This isn’t a “deep” chocolate; rather, it is more like a mild dark chocolate, if that makes any sense. Perhaps that is because it is tempered by the swirls of milk chocolate that are drizzled on the top. The amount of chocolate on these is perfect in relation to the pretzel. I’m not a good judge to say it is 1:3 ratio or anything like that, but I can say that nothing overwhelms anything else. They are easy to bite. They don’t break apart while eating. They are perfectly balanced in being sweet/salty/crunchy. I also like storing them in the fridge and eating them cold. (I tend to do that with all chocolate snacks. Chocolate tastes better cold, though people think I’m crazy when I say that.) I think these would look really nice at a dinner party served on top of desserts like with ice cream or a pudding or mousse or on a cake with 2 or 3 of these standing up on one edge of each serving. They would give an effortless 3D aspect to the dessert topping. I never go to Sam’s Club without buying something in their candy aisle. Often, their bags of candy are only available for one season. They then come out with a different version the next year. I will definitely stock up on these while they are available.

They were a great mix of sweetness from the chocolate and salty from the pretzle. Even though they were dark chocolate, there wasn't any bitterness. Just a handfull of the pretzels was enough to satisfy a snack craving.

Wow, are these ever good! Both sweet and salty and pure deliciousness! I love that they are thin pretzel crisps so they are easy to bite into and have the perfect amount of crunch. My husband said to give the Dark Chocolate Pretzel Thins six stars. It is a perfect combination of sweet and salty. The dark chocolate is not bitter at all, but has a hint of sweetness to it. The pretzels used are thin and salty so it makes the combination a great sweet and salty snack. The serving size is five pieces, but just a couple of pieces were enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. At five pieces per serving with 19 servings per container, one bag will go a long way. Highly recommend.

Love how the chocolate does not taste too sour nor too sweet. Sweet for a dark chocolate. Love the salty amd sweet conbination. I recommend being home if ordering for delivery because on this hot weather they will melt, even thoght shipping did try to keep them cool and dry.
