Even at the lowest settings it burnt my croissants and bagels. When toasting bread, one side was toasted more than the other side. Looks great but a total piece of garbage.

After the first use it started making a buzzing noise. It does not have enough strength to pop up when the toast is done(4 slices, bagels). Only if there is a single slice in each side will it pop up.

I really like it but it doesn't toast evenly with two slices of bread in it. I've tried both in same slot and opposite slots. Still very uneven browning.

My bread either gets warmed or burnt! Never toasted! Horrible toaster settings!

Initially this toaster gave off a chemical odor. It heated erratically, burning sometimes, then developed a loud hum. All within one month of use.

Great toaster for all my needs. Although it is longer than my previous toaster the slim width makes it easier to store.
